Reiki Level 1 & 2 Workshops for 2024
There are many different understandings of what Reiki is; but it is essentially an empowering practice of self-love & a harnessing our inner resources. From a place of stillness, peace & presence, we are truly able to tune into what our heart, mind, body, soul and spirit needs. This can be transformative in our ability to deepen our self-compassion, bring us back into mindful presence to respond to life's ever-changing challenges & connect with our authentic self.
Reiki attunements are for Level 1, 2 and finally at 3 for Master/Teacher level. So if Reiki sounds like something you'd like to pursue, it would be my absolute honour to introduce and support you on your path of the peaceful way.

Investment: $300 - 12hrs of your in-person presence & energy and includes morning/afternoon snacks, tea, coffee & manual
Intention & Outcome: To learn & have initial attunement to Reiki, a commitment of a self-practice & ability to practice on self & family/friends only
LEVEL TWO (pre-requisite Level 1)

Investment: $300 - 8hrs of your in-person presence & energy; includes morning/afternoon snacks, tea, coffee & manual (4hrs of post course, self-directed experiential learning additional)
Intention & Outcome: To learn & have further attunements to Reiki, to continue the commitment of self-practice & ability to continue offering for family/friends and for paid clients
