Things to note

There is a consultation period for all appointments, which includes completion of an intake form for new clients, and review & reassessment for returning clients. This ensures that I can respond to your specific requirements safely & appropriately.

All appointment time includes pre-consult, hands-on session & after care considerations.

Payment accepted by way of eftpos, cash or online, at completion of session.

Out of respect for others, if you are running late, your session time will be shortened, so as not to impact on subsequent people’s bookings.

A cancellation policy applies, so please contact as soon as possible to change/cancel your appointment (this allows courtesy to others who are waitlisted, an opportunity to take that space). If less than 6hrs notice of cancellation on the day of your appointment has been given, or you do not show, there will be a 50% of full charge incurred.

If you are feeling acutely unwell the day of your session (e.g. have cold/flu symptoms, test positive for Covid 19, have a temperature, have a skin infection, or anything that you’re unsure of), please notify at your earliest convenience so as to avoid a late cancellation fee. In times of an infectious process, or acute illness, Solace reserves the right to change your appointment to enable you to seek appropriate care and enable rest and recovery and will reschedule accordingly.
